Order Processing & Turnaround
Many of our products are made or printed to order. This means we need a little time to prepare and create your item before it is ready for collection or dispatch.
Turnaround times may vary depending on the product, order quantity, availability of materials and level of customisation required. An estimated turnaround time will be provided where possible.
Please note that turnaround time refers to the time needed to create and prepare your order and does not include delivery time.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom orders may take a little longer as additional time may be needed to discuss, create and approve your design before production begins.
Please make sure all personalised details are correct when placing or approving your order to help avoid unnecessary delays.
Delivery
Once your order has been completed, it will be prepared for delivery or collection using the option selected or agreed when ordering.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control. During particularly busy periods, turnaround times may also be slightly longer.
