How Custom Orders Work
Tell us your idea – Get in touch and let us know what you would like, including the product, colours, wording and any other details.
We discuss your design – We’ll review your request and confirm what is possible, along with any relevant options and pricing.
Approve the details – Once everything has been agreed, we’ll let you know how to place your order.
We create it – Your personalised item will be created with care, ready for collection or delivery depending on the available options.
Please double-check all names, dates, spellings and personalised details before approving your order. As custom and personalised items are made especially for you, they may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a fault with the item.
